IncluA for schools offers schools, teachers and students educational tools and practices that facilitate learning in a diverse environment. To do so, we address different aspects of school life, such as: how effective the flow of communication about students and their particularities can support inclusion; teacher’s training for inclusive pedagogical practices; and how to develop support plans to develop students full potential as learners.
How Does IncluA for Schools Work?
IncluA for Schools proposes consulting work modules to create tools for directors, coordinators and teachers to meet the needs of students with learning differences with efficiency and quality. Each module has as its goal a facet of the school: communication among teachers, coordinators and external professionals; strategies for inclusive education and classroom adaptations; the individual educational plan and teacher training sessions.
Each school works in a different way and has different challenges based on its history and students. That is why IncluA for Schools believes in flexibility and collaborative work as the essential keys to open up inclusive paths in school. Therefore, we first learn about the needs of each school and then, together with the school staff, we create the necessary tools for inclusive education.
